Plan a front-end project for a blog platform where local writers can submit, edit, and publish articles.

1. Define the Project Requirements

   1. Purpose: This website will allow for local writers to submit, edit, and publish articles about various topics.

   2. Target Audience: Blog Writers and Avid readers who enjoy local content that is fresh and interesting.

   3. Features:

      1. Articles that can be searched, filtered and sorted by tags, and categories.

      2. User accounts for Writers to post articles and for readers to comment and like articles.

      3. Allow for advertisements related to article content and sales.

2. Define objectives:

   1. This blog will:

      1. Provide and easy sign up for writers and readers

      2. Allow users a social aspect, for commenting, liking and sharing content

      3. Allow for easy searching, filtering, and finding content based on categories and tags

3. Timeline:

   1. Week 1 and 2: Design mock ups and plan the layout for the pages and site hierarchy, how the users will interact with the site and how the writers will interact with the site.

   2. Week 3: Develop the landing page and the user profile functionality.

   3. Week 4: Develop the blog interface and social interaction portion.

   4. Week 5: Perform final testing, refine the user interface, and deploy the site.
